Our first vineyard of five acres was planted in spring 2003 and was followed the next year with an additional five acres. The ten acres are actually divided into four separate vineyards. Red wine grape varieties in the four vineyards include Marechel Foch, Frontenac, Leon Millot, Noiret, Chambourcin , Baco Noir, St. Vincent, Steuben and Chancellor. White wine varieties include Seyval Blanc, Chardonell, Traminette, St. Pepin, Edelweiss and Espirit In addition to the wine grapes we also have small plots of table grapes. In a good growing season, these 5700 vines will produce 35 to 40 tons of grapes.

Harvest season begins in mid to late August and continues thru September. Harvesting is done by hand and typically utilizes patrons of the winery as volunteer help.
