Two Saints Winery is located south of Des Moines and north of Osceola, east of Interstate 35. Most GPS units and mapping programs will not be accurate in locating the winery due to a conflict with the county addressing system. From Des Moines: Follow Interstate 35 south to exit 52, St Charles/St. Marys exit. Turn east towards St. Marys on hwy G50 for approximately 3/8 mile. Turn north on 20th Avenue for one mile. From Osceola: Follow Interstate 35 north to exit 52, St Charles/St. Marys exit. Turn east towards St. Marys on Hwy G50 for approximately 1/4 mile. Turn north on 20th Avenue for one mile.
From Winterset: Leaving downtown Winterset on the SE corner of the sqaure, proceed south approximately 4 mitles to Hwy G50, Turn east on G50 continue to St Charles and proceed arproximately 3 miles east over I 35 on Hwy G50 for approximately 1/4 mile. Turn north on 20th Avenue for one mile.
