Two Saints Winery is located about 30 miles south of Des Moines between St. Mary’s and St. Charles. Take I-35 south from Des Moines to Exit 52. Go east on Highway G50 for about three-eighths of a mile. Turn north on the first road east of the Interstate (20th Avenue). Continue approximately one mile north, and look for our vineyard on the west side of the road.

Our new tasting room is open weekends (Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.) while we finish construction.
